Age Restriction
If you are under 18 years of age you may not use this Website. By using the Website, you warrant to the Company that you are over 18 years of age and indemnify the Company from any loss arising if you are not at least 18 years of age. You may be requested to provide identification to support your use of the Website at the time of payment, pick up or delivery.
Return and Refund Policy
Hanabi Fireworks does not accept returns nor issue refunds if you’ve changed your mind about a product purchased through our stores (including our online store). All refunds issued by Hanabi Fireworks (including refunds resulting from order cancellations by the Company) exclude any card processing fees. These fees are non-refundable. Hanabi Fireworks reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. If the Company cancels an order, the product amount will be refunded (excluding card processing fees).Your rights under any applicable consumer laws are additional to and not affected by Hanabi Fireworks' Return and Refund Policy above. In the event of any change in New Zealand law, government regulation, or local authority ruling that restricts, prohibits, or otherwise impacts the sale, possession, or use of fireworks, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders. If an order must be cancelled due to such regulatory changes, customers will receive a refund minus any applicable payment processing fees, transaction charges, or other non-recoverable costs incurred by us.
Cancellations
Once your order has been received and processed by our dispatch team, we are not able to cancel or refund your order.
Click and Collect Policy
Please ensure that you have correctly entered your name and address at the time of purchase. We are unable to change the address once your item has been fulfilled. Hanabi Fireworks cannot take responsibility for any missing items that have been incorrectly addressed by the customer. If you select Click and Collect and do not collect your order during the current sales period (2–5 November), you may collect it during the following Guy Fawkes sales period. If the order is not collected during the following sales period, it will be cancelled with no refund. Purchase and Payment
Through the Website you can purchase a Fireworks Voucher from the Company. Fireworks Vouchers will be for specific Products. In the unlikely event that the specific Product is unavailable at the time of redemption, the Voucher may be applied toward alternative Products of equal value. If no suitable alternative is available, you may either receive a refund of the Voucher value or redeem the Voucher during the following Guy Fawkes season. All Fireworks Vouchers purchased through the Website constitute an agreement to sell and can be exchanged for Product (up to the value of the Fireworks Vouchers purchased) only during the legally permitted sale period of 2 November to 5 November. If the Fireworks Voucher is not redeemed during this period, the order will be held for redemption during the following Guy Fawkes season. Fireworks Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Payment will be made at the time you purchase the Fireworks Vouchers by credit card. Mastercard and Visa are accepted by the Website. The Company reserves the right to cancel or decline any order where required by law, due to government restrictions, or for safety reasons. In such cases, if your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be entitled to either (i) collect your Products in person at the designated store location, or (ii) have your Voucher held for redemption in the following Guy Fawkes season. Delivery fees (if paid) will be refunded in such circumstances.
Pick Up
At the time of purchase you will nominate a pick-up location. You may collect your Product from the Company location identified at the time of purchase between 2 and 5 November. At this time, you will exchange your Fireworks Voucher for Product. If your order is not collected during the current sales period, it will be held for redemption during the following Guy Fawkes season. No storage fee applies, but it is your responsibility to redeem your order the following year. If the order is not collected during the following sales period, it will be cancelled with no refund.
